Hey Mav,
True, it was indeed history rewritten. Everyone in the stands was standing. When he crossed the 194 mark, everyone (including those watching the match on TV) were clapping! He stopped at 200 only because of lack of any more balls/overs, else I'm sure he'd have scored a few more :-)
